Holes

It had been a long time since they had stop for anything but then Stanley started to see the mountain even closer and closer... but then he strated to get dizzy a bit and tired but he knew he had to go on and finaly Zero woke up and thats when they found the big thumb all they needed to do was climb it  and Zero told Stanley that he will put him up with his shovel all the way to the mountain top and he said ok but can you do that are you stronge enought to go through this and he said yes so they do that all the way top the top once there Zero fell and didnt wake up Stanley thought he was dead and he didnt know what to do but the n he see a line of water passing through the dirt so ghe started to dig and dig in till it was big enought to drink he was so happy he found water but he needed to wake up Zero so he got a big hand of water and Splashed on to Zero's face then out of know where he woke up and said is that water he got so crazy and got up and started to drink from the dirt.

Holes

It took awhile that he notice that nobody was chasing him but he never got the water he was suppost to bring for him or Zero but he notice a thing out in the open it looked like a tree he went to go see it but it was a boat that had a named carved MARY LOU he went in closer and saw something moving in it the suddenly Zero came out he looked like he was hungry,tired,and thursty Stanley said i though you were dead he told him he was living with these things called blarched it he told him to come inside where he has been hiding out he never thought he could fit in but he did he saw the shovel that Zero took when he ran away and told him what are you eating he told Stanley he was eatting these things that tasted like sweet peaches he gave some to stanley and he was right it was sweet and hood but then he told him we need to get a move on i know where we can get some water ill show he so they both got out of the hole and Stanley had shown him the big thumb mountain Zero said it looks like a big thumb and Stanley laugh and said it does but then Zero fell  and was holing his stomach he new it had to be that thing he was eating . But Zero manage to get up and start to walk as they were walking Zero had another strike but he didnt get up so stanley had to carry him while he was walking to get closer and closer to the mountain

Stanley thought about this long and hard and desided to go head and to this he knew this would be kinda of hard because the dryness from the wastland then he wonder that they werent digging up holes to build up charater they were looking for something else but he doesnt know what it might be. It was the next day it was the day he was going to run away and go out to look for Zero and the big thumb looking mountain that might supplie water he was goingto run away when he saw the water truck so he can have a fill canteen when he ran... the water truck was here and it was Mr.Sir who was driving it after Mr.sir moved from the truck Stanley ran into the truck but he didnt know that there were holes all over the place abd when in one and got stuck and couldnt get out he saw Mr.Sir somming and got out and ran till he lost his breath.

Holes

Stanley started getting worried that he might of died but in his mind he didnt want to get that far but after three days Zero still hasnt come back so he desided to make a plan that he will go out to get him and then come back.

Spill Out

One day while they were working Zero and Stanley stook with there deal but the others didnt know anything about it while Stanley finished his half of the hole it was Zero's turn then everybody saw and said why is he doing your work Caveman his nick name armpitt said the Stanley had said it was a deal that they had made but no one believed him then Mr.Pandanski had brought them the water from the water truck and he heard everything that was going on and got the Warden and Mr.Sir involed then they started talking about how horrible it was and the why would Zero even want to know how to read or write then he turned around and looked at zero he told him what have you been learning so far with Stanley he told him evrything but they told him what does F.A.T spell but stanley hasn't shown him wut the f sounded like so he mess up and they started to laugh at him he got man a swung the shovel which had it Mr.Pandanski and left him a big piece of skin hanging on his face then Zero ran in to the dry wastland and never came back they were anout to run ster him him the Warden told them not to because no one would even know if he was even here so they destrode his files.

After that his mother has writien him back and has told him how she was doing and his dad then he feels zero over his shoulder and doesnt tell him anything while he reads he doesnt know that Zero cant read or write but later in the book it tells ypu that Stanley makes a deal with him that he will show him how to do those things if he can dig part of his whole and so they shake on it has time goes by everything gets bad.

Digging Time Holes

It was the first day for him to start digging and of course everybody told him that the first and second and third hole are the most hardest ones ever and they were right as he was digging he started to have blistards on his hand and started to bleed so he had to use his hat that they gave him  on to his shovel so it wouldnt hurt as much but then he got a sun burn after a few weeks had past while he was digging he found what was a bullet case but his friend X-ray had told him if he had found anything to give it to him to had a day off and thats what he did but he wonder what he could have done different. After that day X-ray had to pretend that he found it while he was digging then the warden had to do this thing with a wheelbarrow then X-ray got the day off.

                                                 

Bad Part and new Friends

The bad thing about it was that he had to dig holes to build up charater and then he meets Mr.sir which he tells him the guide lines of what to do to at Camp Green Lake like when to eat how long the shower is just stuff like that and he has to wear a orange suit and hat while he is digging then , the Warden(which is a girl by the way),Mr.Pandanski,and a few other guys from his assigned tent D and of course Zero(from camp).

In this book it's about a guy name Stanley he is just one of the regular guys but his family was very poor and after school he was walking he had caught some pare of shoes that had just have fallin out from the sky then the police had stoped him while he was walking and then he was trying to explain to the police of what just had happen but they didnt believe and he had to go to court then he had to choose between jail time or Camp Called Camp Green Lake the judge has told him he thought about it and he choose Camp.
